Caribou Cam

Donation protected
The secretive and majestic southern mountain caribou, a unique population of woodland caribou only found in the remote snowy mountains of western Canada, are silently heading towards extinction. Several herds, including the last herd found in the continental United States, have already disappeared and many others are dwindling.

The Caribou Conservation Alliance wants to set up a remote camera to peer into the lives of these incredible animals and bring them to you through a live stream video!

We need your support to acquire and maintain the camera equipment. Your donation helps pay for cameras, solar panels, batteries, modems, monthly connectivity fees and equipment maintenance that are required to get this exciting project up and running. Once the equipment is installed, people around the world will be able to observe the elusive mountain caribou from the comfort of their homes.

We hope this live stream video inspires people to help caribou recover from the brink of extinction. Any support is tremendously appreciated!
