Damage Repair For Momo’s House

Original Post on Instagram this is what BRPD did to my grandma’s house at 5am this morning, October 14th,2020 while she & her grandchildren were sleeping. They threw a bomb at the door and kicked it completely off the hinges. Destroyed her house, looking for somebody who does not live there. Somebody that we’ve never seen nor heard of in our lives. If my grandma would have had a heart attack what the fuck would yall do? If they investigated the way they were supposed to, they would know that the man they were looking for does not reside in this house. My 8 month old niece was in the house.. along with my 66 year old grandmother. everyone was met at gunpoint, HANDCUFFED my 66 year old grandma. Baton Rouge Police Department didnt find anything they were looking for, but traumatized everyone in the house. This is just ridiculous.

BRPD is telling us that they are NOT RESPONSIBLE for damages and that we have to repair the house on our own. People were asking to donate to help Momo get her house fixed, so we’ve created this gofundme. Anything over the $600 to repair her house will go to helping her get the best lawyer to bring this to court because this is unacceptable.
