Stryker Sullivan: Beating Leukemia

Donation protected
Stryker Sullivan was just like any other 14-year old - enjoyed playing baseball, hanging out with friends, and spending time with his family. In April of 2020, all of that changed when Stryker was diagnosed with Leukemia.

He spent his 14th birthday fighting for his life in the ICU at All Children's Hospital before being transferred to the oncology floor where he began a rigorous chemotherapy protocol.  Stryker's battle is far from over with another 2 1/2 years of chemotherapy before he gets to "Ring the Bell" and be free from numerous hospital visits (that are now a part of his everyday life).

Since Stryker's release from the hospital, his family has felt the stressful financial burden from medical bills to his father, Paul Sullivan, having to close down his local fitness business in order to take place as Stryker's caregiver. Due to his compromised immune system and COVID-19, the doctors and his family saw it best to isolate as much as possible.

We're asking our friends and wonderful community to help us raise funds for the Sullivan family. The funds will help offset medical costs not covered by insurance, insurance deductibles, loss of income, and future out of pocket expenses for treatments needed to repair Stryker's damaged immune system.

We hope our efforts as a community will ease the emotional toll and financial burden placed upon Stryker and the Sullivan family. #StPeteStrong
