Please help us save our home

I've written and rewritten this fundraiser story so much over the last four plus years, that i know now that it honestly doesnt matter what I say anymore, nobody reads it and cares, and there is no help coming our way.  Once you take the uniform off, your country no longer ses your value, and when you need it to answer your call to help you, it falls on deaf ears.  But, With just under two months left to find a miracle or raise the money we so desperately need, to save our lives, our home and our future.  I have to keep trying, so here it goes one last time.  We are trying to raise at the minimum, 30k of the 90k we need to save our home from being sold at auction the first week of April.  30k is what one full year of living expenses would be with a little extra for legal fees, etc so that we can file chapter 13 and get it approved by a california judge.  

The total amount we are now behind, after fighting against not one but two predatory lenders and illegal foreclosure, is as of today 90k.  Since we struggle to get anyone to listen to our story about what happened to us, how this happened, how this country allows not just our veteran family but dozens if not thousands of veteran families lose their homes to predatory lending practices without resources and aid to help UNDERWATER mortgages, we have tried to fight this war on our own without much support or help.  We have done everything from hire legal firms to help us try to get the lenders to actually work with us on the amount we owe, to suing the lender (which somehow they promised to work with us if we dropped the suit only to offer us nothing before we go on the CARES ACT forbearance) to now having run out of time and options and are left to either raise the living expenses we need for a full year in hope of proving to a judge that if he/she approves our ch13 plan, we will do anything we have to pay our costs and make our payments.  The 90k, again, is the total amount we would need to raise in under 60 days to bring the account current, which we would love to do to get our mortgage away from the lender we have been held hostage by for several years now, but my goal right this minute is to raise 30k in under 60 days, which once put into a separate savings account, will allow an appointed entity access to give us the monthly expense money we need fo ra fully year, which we can then refinance and get our loan out of the current lenders hands.

We have nothing of value outside of our home and car, and we have reduced our monthly expenses to the very barest of things in an attempt to reduce what we spend.  But without the ability to prove to the court system that we can afford to pay our mortgage and the ch13 payments as well as living expenses,, we will lose the house and the last 4 years of fighting an unjust system and an illegal foreclosure will have been for nothing.  So our goal is to now raise the 30k in just under 60 days, just so that we can save our home and our future.  Up until now, the lenders have gotten away with skirting the laws, lying, and making our lives worse all the while hurting our mental and physical health, what my family has gone through for the last 4 years, i wouldn't wish on even my worst enemy, but i have always tried to hold onto the single idea, that justice and truth will save us..we need a miracle.  This is our final stand, our last option and time is not on our side.  

I'm desperately trying to save my family, to save our lives during a pandemic, and get our home and lives out of the hands of ahorrible predatory lender.  Ive never been so scared, so terrified of anything so much in my life.
