The Decosse Family

Many of you know Jeff & Dania Decosse for the ones that might not know....

Dania has been battling Colon Cancer with many trips to different doctors as well as endless trips to NYC for doctors appointments, chemo, radiation and surgeries.

Jeff was able to continue going to work to provide for his family while she would continue to battle cancer and go thru chemo and radiation treatments that would completely wipe her out for at least a week following her treatments. She continued to still care for their children while going through treatment and being sick from Chemo.

At this time with Dania battling cancer, Jeff and their 4 children had to be extra cautious not to contact Covid-19 (while all still living in the same house) any chance bringing it home to Dania who's immune system is so low to begin with.

Jeff came home from work feeling sick so he quarantined himself away from everybody in the hopes that this was just the flu or a cold. His breathing started to decline as the days continued. They all went to the doctors to get Covid-19 tested only to find out Jeff and their oldest son Josh were positive. Next came Jenna testing positive.

A few days later Dania and Jacob would get the same call that with no symptoms had also tested positive. Leaving just their 6 year old sob Jonnie testing negative.

Jeff finally gave in after days of being isolated in bed to go to the emergency room because he couldn't breath, Thankfully he made the right decision because his O2 was at 75% and they said that if he hadn't come in when he did, he would have gone to sleep and never woke up.

Within 24 hours of Jeff being admitted, Joshua their oldest son started with the same breathing difficulties, Dania decided to call the ambulance to take him to the same hospital that Jeff was at.
Joshua ended up getting admitted as well.
Because of this virus, Dania wasn't allowed to go with him to the hospital.

They ended up intubated and Joshua was placed in semi coma because his breathing became difficult and he wouldn't keep his mask on and he would be able to fight this more comfortably.

I can't possibly imagine how Dania is managing to keep it all together and take care of herself and three children as well as trying to stay well enough to take care of everything else.

I know things are extremely difficult for many families right now.

So, I decided to start this go fund me in hopes to help them out in any way possible with all the expenses that they face with the up going battles that they continue to face in the upcoming days.
