Help us out of a condemned home in a pandemic

My husband and I moved onto this rotting trailer on family property to save money to get a house. We worked hard to get great credit and save money for a down payment. We were supposed to be able to buy a house this summer. But then the pandemic hit. I am extremely high risk. I have severe asthma, a heart condition and an auto immune disorder. My doctor ordered me out of work  to keep me alive. We had to use the money for the down payment and closing costs to pay our bills and put food on the table. We never expected to go through a harsh Vermont winter in a home with no furnace and rotten walls and floors. We have actually fallen through the floor on several occasions. The floor under the shower is so rotten the tub cracked and we have to stand on floor joists to keep from falling through.We patch and fixed what we could but it's all so rotten it can't be fixed. The pipes freeze and we can't get water in winter.  We are desperate. We can't stay here during another winter but we need the down payment as we aren't able to get an FHA loan to cover those costs. Our bank offered us a plan to cover everything for just $8000 for down payment and closing costs but we need your help to do it. I have dedicated all my time while I am ordered out of work to helping to fight the pandemic. I created a website on emergency preparedness and coronavirus prevention. trinitysurvivor.com . I sew masks to donate. I archive the events of the pandemic for historical purposes. I'm not the type to see a bad situation and do nothing to help. Now I am reaching out for help. Staying here without a furnace with literally holes in the wall letting cold air in is dangerous. I know money is tight for everyone, but any little bit helps. Please. Thank you
