Redding Eaglecam Fund

The Friends of the Redding Eagles is a local non-profit group in Redding, California who follow & document the lives of our local Bald Eagle pair, Liberty & Guardian. We are raising funds needed to keep our LIVE STREAM Eaglecam running 24/7 so we can continue to share our Redding Eagles with the World!

Thanks to generous donations from our Viewers, we were able to install our very first Pan Tilt Zoom Camera in 2020. We installed a brand new PTZ Camera this year which is giving us some fantastic new views of the nest & surrounding area.

Donations help FORE with yearly maintenance, repairs & upgrades each year during the Off Season when our Redding Eagles are on their Summer Migration. They also help us cover the $110/monthly Spectrum Internet Fees.

Our Redding eagles, Liberty & Guardian, have devoted fans all across this Country and across the Globe including Canada, Germany & France! Many of these loyal fans have been following Liberty since 2008 and have watched her & her 3 mates (Patriot, Spirit) and her current mate Guardian successfully raise 26 eaglets from egg to fledgling!

"My housemate/friend & I so enjoy following the Redding Eagles family story. She just told me about watching the hatching of one of the eaglets some seasons ago. I make the case that having a "window" into the lives of our eagles is a boost to public health. So many of us live with depression. It lifts the heart to use my smartphone screen as a window through which I can connect to the natural eagle family.
