Stop discrimination in the workplace

HMT is a comany who is dedicated to stopping discrimination in the workplace. We will be releasing an app October 1, 2020 that will allow employees to file a complaint concerning one of their co workers through an app. The app will allow complaints to be filed anonymously or if the employee wants to move further in the process, it will allow the complaint to be sent directly to the HR Dept. Of that business. The app will also allow a third party to assist an employee when they fear of job loss, no one should have to deal with discrimination in their workplace. If we receive 3 complaints from different people about the same person we would then send the complaints straight to the CEO of the company. The app not only helps the employees that keep the business running but it also helps the CEO/President of the company to be aware of whats going on in his company, allowing them to take care of the issue before lawsuits come about. So we are asking for help to build and get this app nationwide.
