On Tuesday, August 4, 2020, an explosion on the port of Beirut, Lebanon left hundreds dead and thousands injured and homeless. In addition to a stressed economy and active civil unrest, Lebanon is currently facing collective losses estimated to reach $10-15BIL. With no water, food, electricity and basic medical needs, our brothers and sisters cry for the world's aid.
Cerdafied Studios was co-founded in 2018 by Rahna Faddoul, a first generation American-Lebanese from the Northern Virginia area. Together with her partner, Jason Cerda, they have built a dance community that enhances good vibes, no judgement, and an all-inclusive family style home for everyone in the DC, Maryland, and Virginia area.
On Saturday, August 15, 2020, Cerdafied Studios is hosting a Lebanon Relief Fundraiser to raise money for the Lebanese Red Cross , a non-profit organization at the fore front of the disaster relief. The Fundraiser will include a fitness class, a dance class, and a special Dabke workshop at $15/each. All proceeds will go directly to the Lebanese Red Cross.
