Computer Just Died...Please Help

Hey there, if you are here you know who I am and what I do. So I will try not  to waste your time sugarcoating the situation or add extra fluff.

The PC I've been using for the past 7 years to make art, animation and interactive movies has stopped functioning altogether after about of month of acting up. Thankfully I have project files backed up in the cloud and a smaller unit that can JUST BARELY run After Effects, but it is not a long term solution.

I've found a set of parts from that will more than suffice as a replacement unit and the figure you see above is the cheapest I could get it down to. With the pandemic this is my only source of income for me and my loved ones so any and all help will be super appreciated!
