Teenage suffering  is higher than any other time in history

Many teens around the world and facing struggles and battles like never before. 

Hi folks, I'm John Morris. For the last two decades, I have worked with teenagers from all over and with a variety of organisations.
In 2020 I launched my online business mind, body, and soul and in 2021 we began to turn our focus towards helping teenagers with the issues that they face in their day-to-day lives.
Issues such as:
Anxiety
Overwhelm
Self image/esteem/confidence struggles
How to understand and have better relationships with money, society, family, friends, and themselves
Bullying and so much more.

In the last year, I have gone through many life-transforming changes. one of the changes is that I want to make a real difference.

That’s why firstly I’m delighted to announce that myself and our team are launching mind body and soul life coaching for teens and families. Helping them to get from where they are to where they want to be.

In order to provide the best service that I can for them I intend to return to university where I will study for my BSC in psychology
I’m already doing the work, so it makes sense to get the accreditation.

achieving my degree in psychology means that mind body and soul will have the extra credentials so as the world and our audience knows we are legit, trained, and for real. And ultimately will feel safe when choosing to work with us.



I'm an artist from Scotland. I am a colitis, dyspraxia, BPD, and PTSD survivor and I want to do something special with my artistic skills and vision.

Last year, I began work on a brand new art history docu-drama called Art Through The Ages. This show would be like no other in that it was about an artist who loved art and history.

The idea of the show is that the main character is a version of me. He was sent back in time to live and experience 10 various time periods, beginning with the industrial revolution. This show would give students an opportunity to learn brand new stories from history that they had never heard of before, and relive stories that they knew well but in a different way.
The obstacle that I face is this.

Time and money. The more time I need to spend on areas other than the main focus takes away from the main focus of studying and working/helping clients.

They say where focus goes energy flows. I have found that. And for this reason, I have already cut down on non-essential activities.  I need to be as focused as possible with the task in hand to make the biggest impact that we can.

 So I want to invite you,

·        if you want to be part of making an amazing change to teenagers and to the next generations.

·        Making sure that they receive the help and support needed to help them from where they are to where they want to be.

 the more funds, the more focus we can give to the study of the mind, behaviors, and ultimately how to give teenagers back their confidence.
I too have seen my fair share of ups and downs as dyspraxia and colitis have played a big part in my life.
