REUNITE THIS FAMILY BACK TOGETHER

Hi everyone im trying my best to help my little sister who hasn’t lived with me in over 6 years now at the moment we are trying to get a lawyer but none are cheap if we do not fight for her custody she will be released to live back with my abusive mother Story: This is my little sister she is 8 years old and for the past 5 years she hasn’t been in a stable home she’s always been back and fourth between family members and it has became the norm for her my mom doesn’t contact my little sister for anything my sister is starting to question if my mom loves her or not and it’s heartbreaking to hear her ask if my mom loves her because she never visits or she disappears and never calls to say why my mom doesn’t want to give us custody of my little sister and my little sister has mentioned it so many times to CPS but i know they never do anything because i went through that same process because of what my mom had put me and my brother through. My little sister doesn’t really understand what’s going on but i’ve seen that it hurts her and she tells me about it she cries to me saying she wants to come home and be with us she asks me why she can’t be here with us and i have to see her cry and ask me if she can live with us i don’t want to say no i just want to finally tell her that it’s time to go home. at the age of 11 years old i started living with my dad because of how abusive and manipulative my mother was she would constantly blame me on things i didn’t do and had told me once that god had gave her permission to take my life, as a child who went to church taking the bus without my mother this hurt me a lot because she used the lord against me and made me feel as if i had no one to turn to my mom didn’t cook for me and my brother i relied on the church for food and water and only on sunday because the rest of the days besides saturday we went to school but i was a mother to my little sister when she learned to talk she would call me “Mami” i would change her diapers and give her her formula i would shower her and made sure she was okay when she was sick i hate being away from my baby sister. My mom refuses to give custody towards my dad. We have to ask for permission whenever we want to see her and it doesn’t feel right all though we still do it.Whenever we get the chance to be with her we try to make the best by going out or getting stuff she needs our dad got burned at the age of 8 and yet he is still manages to put food on the table everyday.There is no reason why my dad shouldn’t be able to get custody there’s a warm bed ready for her at home we just need her here. My sister would not be safe with my mother she still has her bad habits and hides away from CPS at the age of 10 i was touched by her boyfriend and she lied to the cops saying i wanted attention and she refused to give up his name. When i was 13 she was charged with Child abuse because when she had visitation rights she choked me and i had to call the cops on her because my dad was at work and i was staying with her for the weekend like the judge ordered us to do, since then my little sister has not lived with my mom. My mom does not call my little sister and is giving her abandonment issues my sister is becoming emotionally unstable please help me, help my sister i’m 16 and can’t do much i want to help but this is the only way i can please donate if you can’t i completely understand but at this point i am so greatful for anything.❤️
