Help me keep my house

So the good news is that I'm closing on a new mortgage.  The bad news is that they're estimating 60 days to close, which is after the current lender plans to sell my home.  They've been ignoring multiple requests for 6 months to set up something, anything to delay foreclosure or set up a repayment plan in addition to refusing to accept any payments unless it's the full amount, and I think I'm out of options outside of throwing money at them to stop the action until I can finish refinancing.

They're demanding payment by September 21st, so the sooner I can get money together the better.
