Purl A Row has been around for just 2 years but in that time it has grown into one of just a handful wool shops that support british wool, indie dyers and all natural yarns.
It's a safe place for people of all races, sexuality, gender and ability and support of all these things too.
Purl A Row is in need of some help. When Corana shut the country down it shut my shop. I couldn't run online because I had to be home to look after my son who has learning difficulties and my husband serves in the armed forces so he was still working. This has resulted in me being in the position where I now need your help. I still have stock and a lot of it but I don't have the upfront fee's to be able to put down the rent deposit on a new shop because I haven't been trading for over 4 months.
So I have set up this go fund me to help to get the deposit.
Owning a wool shop and being part of this community has been amazing and I miss it and now that we have moved and my son is getting the care he needs and I have help from my family it's time to get the shop up and running again.
So please if you can spare just a pound and help me get this amazing space open again so that I can continue to make everyone feel welcome and pass on my skills and knowledge and most importantly keep a LYS on the high street I would really appreciate it.
