Giving a first time Dad a day off with his family

Donation protected
My husband, Sang who is also a first time Dad, Chef and owner of a small cafe called Copper and Spoon  in the community of Essendon has been working tirelessly everyday since May 2019. That's 470 days from today, apart from the day off being Fathers Day where we were able to spend a wonderful day out in the park as a family for the first time. Although we are incredibly fortunate to have such a caring and supportive community of people who have been coming into the cafe buying a cup of coffee, saying "hi" during Victoria's strict lock-down, unfortunately trying to fight to keep the doors open and being there for his staff keeping them on working and trying to be there for me whilst I'm on maternity leave has been a struggle, financially, mentally and physically. Many of those who know Sang would know he is extremely generous and incredibly passionate about his food and sharing it with others. Even in these tough times he still has the heart to make meals for his staff to take home and provide free meals to healthcare workers to show his appreciation.
I am hoping that a little bit of support from others can allow him to take a week off and have his staff keep the cafe open to help with his general health and well-being. This will also allow him to spend some full days to see his little baby boy grow up and not miss out on the new discoveries before he turns 1 in January. He is not one to ask for help, nor am I but seeing him battling through this has been heartbreaking. The cafe will be in its 3 years of running on September 19th and we would have loved to have hosted a celebratory party for our friends and the community however this year unfortunately is a different story. As I know it is a challenging time for many of us especially small businesses who rely on communities to survive, I am hoping that any small donation or even purchasing a gift voucher  can contribute to this goal. Even a gold coin from you I (and I know Sang would be too) would be incredibly grateful for your help.
