Jeffrey Rickman Memorial Fund for Travis Rickman
It is with a heavy heart that we announce the passing of Jeffrey Rickman. He passed on July 23rd after fighting for his life in the ICU for several weeks. He was 40 years old.
Anyone who knew Jeff can tell you he loved his family and his family loved him. He leaves behind his wife Stefanie, son Travis, mother Grace, brothers Carlos and Richard, and several nieces and nephews. Some of their favorite memories of Jeff include shooting guns and his sarcastic remarks.
The newest member of Jeff and Stefanie’s family is Travis. Travis was born in September 2020 and got to be with his daddy for ten months. Ten months of smiles, cuddles and love. The family got to spend their first Christmas, Easter and Father’s Day together.
Travis won’t get to know his father the same way all of us have, but every one of us will make sure he hears stories of the man we knew.
Nothing can bring back Jeff, but we would like to give Stefanie some peace of mind as she cares for Travis. She won’t care for him by herself - there is a whole village who loved Jeff and who will continue to love Stefanie and Travis. This fund is our way of blessing Stefanie and Travis and reminding them they are not alone.
