Bring my husband & son home

On Friday, December 11th my husband was asked to willingly come in to speak with law enforcement regarding an open investigation. He was assured (as was I) that he was not in any trouble, they only needed to speak with him. After 4 hours of interrogation, he was arrested for a crime he did not commit. 

The law states only a statement from the accuser is required in order to make an arrest in these circumstances. In what was likely an intentional move, he was processed late Friday night with the knowledge nothing could be done to bring him safely home until after spending the weekend in jail. 

My husband is a good man and a wonderful father. I can’t stand by and watch him be railroaded and bullied like this. His bond was set at 200k, so even 10% is more than our family can reasonably come up with. 

Our children deserve their father safely at home while this nightmare is further investigated. I know he will be found not guilty or that the charges will be dropped. But he is not safe where he is and we need him home. 

All funds raised will go toward obtaining a bond and legal expenses.
