It can escape no one that the COVID-19 pandemic has put a strain on families, none more so than those who need to homeschool their children but lack the essential equipment that is needed for remote working in the 2021; a computer.
We aim to repurpose and refurbish old, donated laptops so that they can be used by schoolchildren to participate in online learning during lockdown, and beyond.
This is absolutely not for profit. The money donated will only be used to cover the out of pocket expenses of providing this service such as:
- Replacement hardware
- Labour
- Logistics
- Storage/Workshop costs
