Overjoyed to be a part of the London Team for Boston Children's Hospital for my second marathon I've ever done! As an avid distance runner and owner of the running podcast, Resiliency in Running, I'm excited to share my journey in preparing for October 3, 2021!
A bit of a back story to me - I grew up playing soccer for 10 years before truly getting into running. I battled an eating disorder in high school that resulted in a negative relationship with running, but I since been able to turn it into a true passion of mine. In training for half marathons and my marathon last year, I've learned so much about proper nutrition before, during, and after a run as well as the limits I've been able to push my body to. These are some of the reasons I decided to start my own podcast, not only to share in the physical battles of running but the mental ones as well!
