Solar lamps for rural areas in Kenya & Uganda

LISAS HOPE : Lisa's Hope is a charity initiative set up by me in memory of my belated mother (Lisa) who also contributed to charity causes and helped to build a school in Nepal. After her sudden death in 2019, I decided to create this initiative in honour of her and to continue the good work. She started in Asia, and my heart lies in Africa.
Since 6 years I have been travelling for work to Kenya and Uganda and I have seen the lack of resources these people have in education, health care, food security.
Nevertheless the warmth of the people has always struck me, even if they had nothing. They have helped me when I was in trouble, they have shared their little food with me , and they always have given me that smile that is so addictive and have warmed my heart.
Covid-19 has hit very hard, and a lot of people live in very poor circumstances and don't have access to electricity or light.
After spending so much time in Kenya and Uganda, I would like to return something to the locals who have shown me their generosity and made me a better person.
My main focus is improving the access to electricity by buying SOLAR LAMPS for those people who don't have any access to electricity.
In Kenya, about 80 percent of the population is off-grid, or without access to a public electricity utility, and must rely on kerosene, candles or wick sticks -- expensive, inefficient and often hazardous lighting sources.
Please help me to raise money, so I can improve the lives of so many people. Thanks to the use of SOLAR LAMPS, the children will be able to study during the evening and locals will also able to keep their businesses open during the evening/night.
