Eagles Run For The Homeless

We are Team Eagle and we are raising money for young people who are homeless.
As a team, we aim to run a marathon between us - that's 26 miles! We will be completing this challenge on Thursday 4th February and to top it off, we'll be in our pyjamas.
Our PSHE this term is based on Goals and Dreams. This fundraiser helps us reach our learning goal of working with others to make the world a better place. The class have collaborated and voted who we will be raising money for and how we will achieve our goal. All ideas have been carefully thought out by the class and we are all in agreement that this will be a feat for us all to achieve.
No amount that you donate is too little and we appreciate anything that you can give in this difficult time.
We're dedicated to making the world a better place and will run our socks off to aim.
Eagle's reasons to choose this charity:
- I chose this because I felt that homeless people deserve to have a place to live that actually has shelter.
- I want to donate to homeless people so that they have a place to stay in the winter and through these hard times.
- We believe that everyone deserves to have a roof over their head and a safe place to call home. Times are tough for everyone at the moment but even more so for the 120,000 young people without a stable home. We have decided to do a sponsored run to raise money for the centerpoint charity which helps young people at risk of homelessness.
