Support for Dan Cunanan: Kipp Condos Memorial Fund

Terry (Kipp) Condos, our longtime colleague and friend, passed away unexpectedly on February 12th, 2021 leaving behind his lifelong partner, Dan Cunanan, along with a number of his family and friends. Dan is understandably shocked by this loss and unfortunately not prepared for all that goes along with planning a funeral service at this time.
If you knew Kipp, you’d first know the best looking man in a red suit...but even more-so that he and Dan made an amazing team in their marriage of over 40 years, often describing the other as their best friend and soulmate. If you know Dan, you know the sweetest, most patient, genuine man. He is in the office day in and day out, always smiling, giggling, and known to keep his candy supply fully stocked for those of us needing the afternoon sugar rush...without fail. Candy aside, he is SUCH a vital part of our KW Family.
It’s now our turn to help him and be as much of a support as we can as he deals with the loss of Kipp. We are raising money to assist with unexpected funeral costs, services, and time that Dan will need off of work to navigate through this extremely difficult time.
