Noah the Superhero! Noah has recently been featured on, ABC news 10 and Good Morning America. His story became featured because of a Facebook post to send him cards and stickers at the hospital to lift his spirits.
Noah is 5 years old and has Cystic Fibrosis which is a genetic lung disorder that effects the lungs as well as other parts of the body. He has had numerous hospital stays due to lung infections and other complications of Cystic Fibrosis. This last stay he had to go in because he contracted Covid 19 . On top of Coivd and his Cystic Fibrosis Noah was in really bad shape and the doctors even prepared the family for the possibility of him not being able to recover. Noah has been hospitalized for a little over two months now, while he is improving, he still has a very long way to go. He has good days and bad days and the family knows he still has a while to recover in the hospital.
All the love and support towards Noah for the cards and stickers has been so amazing and he loves getting his packages. The family is very appreciative of all of this and are so happy to see him smile. Of course all they are thinking about is him healing but in reality they need help to. Noah's mom Haley stays with him at the hospital, while his dad Andrew is at home with Noah's brother and sister taking care of the house and working to make ends meet. This past year has been very hard for everyone in the world and they understand asking for finical help is hard but they need it. I'm now asking, if everyone could donate $10 that could add up quickly! If you know someone in a better position to help, could you pass this along? The family is struggling with bills, food and transportation on top of trying to stay strong and fight this battle with their son.
