In our media saturated world it’s extremely difficult for underground and experimental filmmakers to find an audience. Most film festivals charge gratuitous fees just to be considered and online video platforms aren’t very helpful when you’re having to compete with cat videos and porn. We  create special opportunities for adventurous filmmakers to share their work and for film fans to discover them, and we want it to be free for creators and the audience. 

However,  it isn’t free for us to put on the event. So we are asking any sympathetic persons to chip in what they can to help lessen the financial sting.
