Help Two Village Primary build an arts studio!

Hello everyone,
I am the Art Lead at Two Village Primary School in Ramsey and I need your help.

Throughout the Covid pandemic, children have suffered from school closures which has undoubtedly impacted upon their mental health and well being.  

At Two Village, we have a dream, a dream to provide our children with an arts studio; an enriching, creative and fun environment where children can express themselves through music and art. The room would enable children to engage in creative music and art lessons, after school clubs and art therapy sessions. An arts room would support children’s mental health and well-being, develop social skills, raise self-esteem and help individuals overcome emotional or psychological challenges to achieve a greater sense of personal well being.

Sadly, our art and music budget is less than £1 per pupil for the academic year; barely enough to provide enough art supplies to cover the expectations of the National Curriculum, let alone give children further artistic opportunities.  

We need your help to make our dream possible!

On the 26th of March, we are hosting a well being day, where the children will take part in a  range of activities including a ‘Danceathon’ where we will dance our socks off all day to raise money to get our arts studio up and running.

If we reach our target of £1,000, we promise to release a special music video where staff will provide some giggles for our children and their families.
