The CWP BAME Inclusion Group are looking to widen their outreach, expanding the project to represent all aspects of intersectionality and diversity.
The group work on a voluntary basis, locating, researching, and developing inclusive resources to overcome the bars and barriers experienced in the under engagement of children and young people from BAME communities accessing early intervention services in mental health care. Their aim is to reduce the incidence of first contact with services being crisis point.
