Help with Dan's Chronic Cancer Treatment

Procedure to put in chemo port Dan was diagnosed almost two years ago with stage 4 colon cancer. There were no symptoms, no warning. He had gone in for a follow up scan for a prior adrenal condition. He later was called in by the doctor to tell him he had cancer. He's had 2 major surgeries, 4 procedures, 1 Deep Vein Thrombosis , 18 chemo treatments, 3 maintenance chemo treatments. He's exhausted.

We need help on raising for ongoing care for insurance, medication, and home expenses. We are in the process of looking for grants and other assistance.
Doctor says this is a life long chronic cancer treatment plan, the tumors in his left lobe will not go into remission. We just need to keep him on treatment as long as his body can tolerate it. He's very tired.
Dan has started a bucket list and we hope that he is able to do as much as he can, because we need to fill up the time we do have with wonderful memories.

First big surgery-Took out right liver lobe full of cancer, re routed circulation to left liver lobe 
They nicked a vessel during surgery he had to have a catheter and a drain put in to relieve pain and pressure 
Extra fluids to fight off fatigue and infections We continue to fight as a family!
