We are raising funds for Selah, a single mother of 4 children who, like many Americans, has fallen behind on her rent payments and monthly bills through no fault of her own.
Selah has experienced some particularly difficult hardships over the last year- including job loss and unlawful parental kidnapping by her estranged husband that resulted in Selah not seeing her children for over a year.
Thankfully, Selah and her children have been reunited, but her former partner continues to use her financial situation to threaten her custody with her precious children.
While Selah diligently works on her job search, bills continue to pile up. We are asking the community to pull together to assist Selah and her children maintain safe housing, get caught up on bills, and remove the threat of having her children ripped away from her again over finances.
