My sweet and loving little brother. A son of God. Son of Eli and Juanita. The older twin to Jeremy, and younger brother to Hector and myself, Yesenia. You are so deeply missed. Your laughter was infectious, your jokes were always so unique. Your heart was huge, and you always saw the good in every person that you came across. You loved to minister to others and shared the love of God to anyone who would listen. Always willing to stand in the gap and pray for anyone who needed it. You loved your family and always enjoyed every minute spent with your loved ones. Your niece and nephew were your pride and joy. You used to say, "Man I love these kids, I love being around them, they make me so happy" And it showed. It really showed. You adored your brother in law, Jon. Watching you two laugh and conversate was always something I enjoyed. You used to say that you and Jon were "Blue Moon Bro's" 23 years was not enough time. On March 22nd, 2021, the day before my birthday, the Lord called you Home. Unexpectedly you were taken from us, in the comfort of our own home. Too soon for us to say goodbye. We were not ready for this day. One last hug, one last laugh, one last smile, that's what our hearts are longing for these days. You meant everything to us, and to see you thriving in life was our greatest joy. You had just started your own health and wellness business, and you were so excited to share it with others. You were working out and getting buff, and it was so awesome to see you so excited on this new journey. It's still unbelievable that you're no longer here.
23 Years of life seemed so short on this earth, but to the Lord, it felt like an eternity, and he was ready to bring you home for his greater assignment and purpose. He needs you to do his Kingdom work. I know you're home in a much greater and beautiful place. You're going to do greater things from his Kingdom than you could have done here on earth, and we're excited to see what your legacy will produce here in this world.
Today, as the shock is beginning to wear off and the reality of all the decisions we have to make in the next week or so are now settling in, we're asking for help. Help for his funeral and burial expenses. Unfortunately, my brother didn't qualify for life insurance, due to some prior health issues, so our family is in dire need of financial help. We ask that you would please donate whatever your heart desires. However you would like to honor our beloved Michael would be greatly appreciated. It is said in Acts 20:35 "We must help the weak, remembering the words of the Lord Jesus himself said "It is more blessed to give than to receive'" Every dollar of your donation will go directly to our parents Eli and Juanita to cover ALL expenses to put him to rest in a beautiful and honorable way.
