Barrington Lions Club Fundraiser for TAPIN’s Healthy Summer Snack Box
When the school lunch program closes for the summer, who will feed the kids?
TAPIN (Touch a Person in Need) serves more than 900 children a month in the East Bay, Rhode Island area with food distribution to their families. This summer they will target children with their own special summer program -- delicious and healthy choices, kid-tested snacks that children will love to eat!
Each family TAPIN serves in the East Bay community will receive a Healthy Summer Snack Box twice a month for each child. Each box will hold $10 worth of great snacks. That’s $10 a box, $20 a month per child . Every donation, big or small, will help TAPIN cover the cost of these snack boxes. We will be grateful for your help to make this effort a success.
