Hello, my name is Josephina and I’m reaching out to you with a heavy heart and a deep sense of hope.

I began to experience troubling symptoms that gradually changed my entire life, Everything started with relentless cerebral pains that appeared to appear unexpectedly

at first I brushed it off as nothing but stress from my work as it consume more of my mind, But as time went on the headaches became more intense and constantly felling weak nausea and vomiting.

I went to see the doctor couple of times feeling worse day by day asking myself what went wrong, I have battle with the headache for months before I was recently diagnosed with a glioblastoma multiforme a brain tumor arising from my brain cells.

which I need to undergo surgery as soon as possible to remove it as the tumor is growing very fast day by day and spreading aggressively to my brain.

Due to financial difficulties and insufficient insurance coverage I'm facing overwhelming medical expenses, travel costs, and other unforeseen expenses. I desperately need assistance from my family friends, the community and anybody who my voice can reach.

Your helping hand will have a tremendous effect on my fight against this disease. Each gift regardless of the size,

will assist with mitigating the monetary weight and permit my family to zero in on what makes the biggest difference on my wellbeing, prosperity, and full recuperation.

بدأت أشعر بأعراض مزعجة غيرت حياتي كلها تدريجيًا، بدأ كل شيء بآلام دماغية متواصلة ظهرت بشكل غير متوقع

في البداية، تجاهلت الأمر باعتباره مجرد ضغط من عملي لأنه يستهلك المزيد من ذهني، ولكن مع مرور الوقت، أصبح الصداع أكثر حدة وأصاب باستمرار بالغثيان والقيء.

ذهبت لرؤية الطبيب عدة مرات وأنا أشعر بالسوء يومًا بعد يوم وأسأل نفسي ما الخطأ الذي حدث، لقد كنت أعاني من الصداع لعدة أشهر قبل أن يتم تشخيص إصابتي مؤخرًا بالورم الأرومي الدبقي متعدد الأشكال، وهو ورم في المخ ينشأ من خلايا دماغي.

والذي أحتاج إلى الخضوع لعملية جراحية في أسرع وقت ممكن لإزالته لأن الورم ينمو بسرعة كبيرة يومًا بعد يوم وينتشر بقوة في دماغي.

بسبب الصعوبات المالية وعدم كفاية التغطية التأمينية، أواجه نفقات طبية باهظة، وتكاليف السفر، وغيرها من النفقات غير المتوقعة. أنا بحاجة ماسة إلى المساعدة من أصدقائي وعائلتي والمجتمع وأي شخص يمكن أن يصل صوتي إليه.

Hola, mi nombre es Josephina y me dirijo a ustedes con el corazón apesadumbrado y un profundo sentimiento de esperanza.

Comencé a experimentar síntomas preocupantes que gradualmente cambiaron toda mi vida. Todo comenzó con dolores cerebrales implacables que parecían aparecer inesperadamente.

Al principio lo descarté como nada más que estrés de mi trabajo, ya que consumía más mi mente, pero a medida que pasaba el tiempo, los dolores de cabeza se volvieron más intensos y constantemente sentía náuseas y vómitos débiles.

Fui a ver al médico un par de veces sintiéndome peor día a día preguntándome qué salió mal. He luchado contra el dolor de cabeza durante meses antes de que recientemente me diagnosticaran un glioblastoma multiforme, un tumor cerebral que surge de mis células cerebrales.

el cual necesito someterme a una cirugía lo antes posible para extirparlo ya que el tumor crece muy rápido día a día y se extiende agresivamente a mi cerebro.

Debido a dificultades financieras y una cobertura de seguro insuficiente, me enfrento a gastos médicos abrumadores, costos de viaje y otros gastos imprevistos. Necesito desesperadamente la ayuda de mis amigos de la familia, la comunidad y cualquier persona a quien mi voz pueda llegar.

Su mano amiga tendrá un efecto tremendo en mi lucha contra esta enfermedad. Cada regalo sin importar el tamaño,

ayudará a mitigar el peso monetario y permitirá a mi familia concentrarse en lo que marca la mayor diferencia en mi bienestar, prosperidad y recuperación total.
