Help Johnny Move

Hi. My name is Johnny and I am a Texan living in Kenya. In fact I have been here for 15 years now working with orphans, impoverished single mothers, and those living with H.I.V.  (Along with a smattering of leadership training and preaching in local churches.)

My life underwent a massive shift back in August of 2018 when my wife came out as homosexual to me. This revelation led to the dissolution of our marriage. We had been working together in Kenya since 2005 and had even purchased a small farm for our project. 

This farm is located in a rural village a few miles out of Nakuru. It is completely off grid, and takes almost an hour to get to from town. We moved here with our children and the orphaned girls we were raising. All but one of those girls are now grown and out of the house. After our divorce I decided to return to Nakuru and expand the work I am doing with single mothers and grandmothers caring for grandchildren. 

This fundraiser is to facilitate my move back to Nakuru. I am currently still on the farm with my ex-wife, sleeping in a small house on the other side. I need to be back in Nakuru to be closer to those I am ministering to. 

I did not want this fundraiser to be all about me, so I am doubling the amount I have estimated I need in order to be able to help single mothers out with housing crisis's. 

I would like to move as soon as possible, the middle of this month if possible. The sooner I am there the sooner I can get settled in and creating a new routine and expanding the work I am doing with these women.
