B4 WE KNOW IT..A LITTLE GOES A LONG WAY :-)

Dear People,

On behalf of Myself & my wife, I am looking to raise WHATEVER I CAN to help pay for our bills. The reason why am asking for donations,is for my wife & I is to try & stay AHEAD of OUR debt.

Unfortunately we live in this state of California which is an extremely expensive state to live in.

We're making barely from check to check as of last month my wife has had a five day a wk job turn into a 4 day a wk. she also received a 5% decrease in her hourly wage..

For me unfortunately my troubles started back in 2017.. as a major beverage plant employee..

The plant was deemed OUTDATED and the beverage co. decided they would not reinvest any more money into operating it & had ceased plant operations..

I invested 15 plus years with the plant & I was looking forward to retiring from there. That RUG was pulled out from under me and from then on I have been chasing "Peter" to pay "Paul"...

I actually have been working sporadically since 2017..The last place I worked at was for a parking co. were I was getting paid $12 an hour and working only 3 days a week.... close of the pandemic just listen to the priest and I was unfortunately laid off AGAIN in middle March.

We live in a rental that is least to us by company called "Invitation Homes" :-( our rent went from 1525.00 to what we will be paying in June 2020 of 2100.00 an 82.00 a year increase...
I know this doesn't sound like A BIG increase... but when we factor in our Utilities,DMV fees, and garbage and also landscaping we are pretty much tapped :-P

Our bill paying system consist of paying rent with 1/2 checks.. and the other check ½ gets divied up to pay the rest of the bills minus a little food on the table.

Fortunately this covid19 pandemic has helped us slow down a load of debt.
(Invitation homes along with orther landlords have been mandated by the Governor of California to halt evictions till end of may)

As I write out to you it is May 31st and all bets are off as far as mandates are concerned.. as ALL know absolutely nothing was implemented in any form of bills being passed about mortgage and rent relief of any kind( I'd even look for rental assistance from the government sites and also neighborhood sites with NO LUCK... :-(

All is not lost as I am having a background check done on me for another part time job which is going to be a 29 hour a wk job(without benefits) also I will pick up a second job to help supplement our income while my wife continues with her missing day she was also told that it might look VERY Grim in the future for hear co.

So as of now we can ONLY continuously keep invitation Holmes abreast of our current financial situation...which will work for us only so long as they are continuously harassing us for late rents fees(95.00) even though we keep them abreast of the situation and have filled out various hardship letters to them..

A long time ago when I was a young... my mom used to always say "A CLOSED MOUTH NEVER GETS FED" a closed and what I learned the meaning of that saying was that "if you don't ask you won't get" and that is all this letter is about "ASKING"

You can take it as you will( begging,looking for a handout,make an excuse for himself).. but FOR ME & MY WIFE.. I look at it AS my mother use to say...

Who am I you ask...

Just an "Average Joe" who doesn't want to become a "Shoeless Joe"...
