Sophie Cycles the UK

I have decided to undertake the challenge of cycling/running the length of the UK - 874 miles  in order to raise money for the NHS , cancer charities and mental heath charities. Every run or cycle that I complete throughout this time will go towards the 874 miles I aim to complete. I will start this challenge on Monday 18th May and aim to complete it by the end of July.
All the money that I raise I will split it equally between these three charities.
