Continuing The Thrill Of The Chase - Forrest Fenn

As we all know by now the treasure hidden by Forrest Fenn has been found. For many of us it is a happy time to see this wonderful feat completed during Forrest's lifetime. For others there is a feeling of sadness that the hunt we have grown to love is over. And finally there are the few that are still skeptical and are angry that this all may never have been real.
Like you, I have spent years, resources, and countless energy researching hoping I would be the one to find it. Alas, it was not in the stars.
This fundraiser's purpose is simple. Let's keep the magic and the thrill of the chase alive. I have always felt that hunts like this should happen much more frequently. I'm sure we all can agree that throughout our hunts we have seen spectacular sites, perhaps things we would have never seen otherwise.
All proceeds of this fundraiser will go to creating a new hunt. I would love if Forrest himself would again be involved in this new hunt in some way. I would love if we could run one more frequently. Perhaps one per year etc. More specifically funds will be 100% used for funding treasure, hiring historians and writers to create new puzzles. All proceeds will go to this purpose. This is not a “for profit” venture. We could even expand on Forrest’s ideas and create interactive video clues, apps and much more!
I know this may seem far fetched to most but if we can get this off the ground we can generate enough interest to keeps the chases going on long until we are all gone. If we can raise initial capital we can make this last forever. At the end of the day, whether you believe this hunt was real or a hoax, Forrest made millions off of his sales related to it. I can make you one promise, and that promise is that every cent made for this purpose will go into the new hunt. We need to come together as a team to make this happen.
