Hi! I’m Ray, and I’m 20-years-old and transmasc! I’ve started this GoFundMe to help start my journey towards top surgery, something that would greatly improve my quality of life and peace of mind. Top surgery is a procedure where your breasts are removed to help flatten your chest and give a more masculine appearance. I’ve wanted this surgery for years, as my chest makes me very uncomfortable with my body. With this surgery I will be able to finally start to feel comfortable in my own skin, something all people deserve. I have identified as transgender for 5 years, and have been on testosterone for 8 months. My journey of being trans has definitely not been easy. Not only do I face negativity and a lack of acceptance from others but also struggles within myself. Top surgery will be a large step towards self-acceptance and a happy future. Anything helps!
