Update: Firstly we want to thank everyone who has donated! . Since starting our gofundme we have meet and spoke with amazing people! However we still need to reach our goal. Any donation helps and or share our page. Thank you so much Brioche of Brooklyn A little about us: We are Brioche of Brooklyn. We weren’t always a business...birthed from need and resourcefulness, we made the most of our talents. My name is Sherie, I’ve worked in retail over 10 years and my fiancé Sebastien worked within hospitality as an executive chef and pastry chef with 20 years of experience. When NYC started shelter in place in March, we took it in stride. What started as just baking for us....soon became me exclaiming “No one eats this much brioche every day!” I started to contact friends & family with this new idea. Friends of friends started commenting on social media inquiring how could they purchase brioche. What was just an idea, became a business over night. We then started PopUps throughout BedStuy! What sets us apart from others is our outside of the box thinking....our infusions are why we stand out. We’re not your traditional brioche. We combine *BedStuy* Sherie and *France* Sebastien and create the best of both worlds. Our infusions include (but aren’t limited to): Caprese, PB&J, Crab, Surf & Turf. We have received so much love and support from our community and family. But alas...we do need your help. In order to take our idea further, we are in need of a convection oven and supplies. That’s where YOU come in...we need to raise this money in the same community that has held us down, and possibly extend beyond BedStuy, to the larger community of connoisseurs of tasty treats & those who want to extend kindness just as our base has. The convection oven will cut our baking time drastically. Therefore providing more brioche options for you! Our supplies needed are packaging, shopping bags, and shipping costs to expand Brioche of Brooklyn to multiple states.
