Graphics Artist Needs Computer

I'm a graphics artist, I draw with a graphics tablet to make digital art.  I often do character concept art, LGBT art, and some naughtier stuff. 

However I depended on a 20yo computer all this time,  and it's fried,  power supply might have killed some of my ram before dying on its own.

I currently owe commissions,  and have no money or computer,  voc rehab and campus is also closed to the public. I'm currently safe and healthy,  but anxious to get back to work. 

All money will be spent on computer hardware to the best of my ability.  I'm eyeballing new machines I can pick up and start using,  after losing money to parts and not being able to draw. The goal is tailored to a Walmart Desktop, I don't need a lot of power, just to pick it up and draw.

My artist name is Ninji. I don't know how much art I should provide, because searching me might show NSFW.
