Help for College Students after Break-in

Around 1:30 am, we were woken up by two loud knocks on the back window of the house. The police were again called, and the perimeter of the house was searched. We no longer feel safe at this residence, and are attempting to break the lease early due to the circumstances. Any donations will go towards the costs of breaking the lease prematurely and replacing stolen goods.
Last night the unthinkable happened. Our home we are currently renting out was broken into and robbed. The individual(s) broke the lock on the window in my bedroom, searched through our entire home, and just let themselves out through the back door. Cash that was set aside for rent was stolen alongside electronics and other personal items including a social security card. Worst of all, our safety and peace of mind in this house is now non existent.
The primary reason for creating this gofundme was to raise funds for installing cameras, an active security system for our home, and help with rent. Unfortunately, we do not have the resources to break our lease and move at this time. Anything you can give would be very appreciated. Thank you.
