Help the economy in Africa

I would like to help Africa and the economy by creating jobs for its local underprivileged community. I seek to form a way for Americans to travel to Africa and give back hands-on. I recently invested in various plots of land to build housing and businesses for people to sustain a modern lifestyle. I have seen poor unimaginable living conditions and unspoken abuse.
