I Have No Benefits And I Only Have One Arm

I was injured in a work accident 3 years ago, and I've been unable to work since due to both legal and medical reasons.
This past Monday (2/24/2020) my benefits were completely cut off, leaving me with no income. With an impending surgery for the same medical issue in March, I'm unfortunately still unable to work, and my recovery period will be pretty long (suregon is estimating ~5 months).
I'm applying for various emergency funds, disability, everything I can think of, but that takes time. I have immediate expenses I need to cover (medication, transportation to my doctor, therapist, etc.), and I need to be able to gently coast for 3 months until other funding and benefits kick in. I've included a complete breakdown of exactly where the money would be going.
If you can help me in any way I really appreciate it, being able to reduce stress in the short term will allow me to better plan for the long term.
