Remix Covid19 Relief

Remix Thrift & Vintage, voted the best thrift and vintage shop in Broward for 2019, strives for provide top notch service and selection to our community every day.      Although not officially affiliated with a non-profit, we stay actively involved where we see a need. Just a few examples include sponsoring a suicide awareness event put on by the AFSP, doing toy drives benefiting Big Brother Big Sister, collecting hurricane relief for the Bahamas, and hosting a flea-market style sale for an amazing teen bootcamp.       We love vintage, but ultimately, we love people!      During this recent season with COVID-19, our shop has taken some tremendous hits. Like most small business, our sales plummeted almost immediately just from general anxiety within the community. Compounded by the closure of non-essential businesses and finalized with the recent shelter-in place order. We have not yet been open 3 years. These kinds of hits, if not maneuvered delicately, can be detrimental.       We decided to open this Go Fund me after a few of our amazing customers (#Remixers) expressed the desire to help, and GoFundMe organized the Small Business Relief effort where they will match our donation of $500+ with another $500.  Any funds received will be used explicitly to cover general functioning cost (rent, utility etc.), in hopes to come out on the other side of this season stronger as a shop, and as a community!      We are so, so grateful for our amazing customers, and we look forward to getting #ThriftTherapy up and rolling again soon! <3 #thrift #vintage #smallbusinessrelief #SmallBusinessRelief #Gofundmerelief #gofundmesmallbusiness #NotYourGrandmasThriftShop
