9/11 Veteran Shutdown CoVID-19

My husband’s a combat disabled veteran and the owner of MelmarLLC a veteran owned business we loss a lot of business due to COVID-19 . We loss multiple contracts with our local city and my employees loss pay due to city office shutdowns. I need to pay my 3 employees and pay all my expenses for my office building . My husband was activated and deployed to help with the coronavirus. We don’t want this to be a burden on my family.
