Storm damage

My name is Ashley Fitch I'm 35 I'm on disability I lost my mother 2yrs ago. On April 12th  2020 around 10:15 PM  my neighbor tree fell on top of my house while I was in the kitchen I had to crawl out. The owner of the tree said he isn't responsible for the tree or to fix my house and I don't have house insurance. I don't  have the money to fix it. I don't have nowhere else to go I been laying my head down different place every night I basically homeless so if everyone is able to help I really appreciate it thanks.
