FREE Legal support on car finance issues due to the current Covid-19 crisis and the effect it is having on individuals and companies financially.

We are looking to raise money to put together a legal team of corporate and finance lawyers and a QC to give FREE advice and support to individuals and companies struggling to make payments on car finance or finding themselves in a negative equity situation.

We will be independent of any finance company or organisation and will only work in the interest of our clients giving them the best advice and finding solutions to any issues they may be having.

We have found many financial institutions not treating customers fairly or empathising with them and putting pressure on them for payments etc, even in these troubled times.

Most people just cant afford any legal cost to challenge the finance companies individually as this can run into thousands of pounds.

Therefor we intend to put together a team that will give FREE advice to clients and produce a number of standard letters structured and worded with the correct legal content to help clients present there case to the finance companies with the confidence that there is a strong legal team behind them.

We would also like to  achieve a test case to assure the clients and public in general that any defaults, late payments or cars being returned to finance companies will not result in any adverse credit issues as this is an unprecedented situation out with our control and therefor there should be no penalties applied as a result of this.
