Atty Retainers needed for me and Valorie

I did not know where else to turn and so I once again, turn to you, to help us. This is the first time I actually involved in this need.
Yesterday (9/28/20) My son in law Alex served me with a notarized (not thru the courts) 30 day eviction notice. I do not have the financial ability to move. That said, 2 things are on my side. I talked to legal aide ( a free call) and they explained that for as long as my daughter own half this house (she is on the deed) he cannot remove me. I can stay as her guest. When the police came to get my daughter today, they explained that due to coved, you cannot get a legal eviction.
That said, my son in law Alex has been threatening for the last month or so to move him and the baby to Wisconsin. I have repeatedly told him that is the one thing I will fight you on. The baby needs to stay in Virginia to have full access to his mother as well as his father, and his GiGi who has been his full time primary caretaker, pretty much since I moved in in December 2019, but completely since June of 2020.
Valorie (my daughter) was remanded to jail about a month for failing a drug test. My daughter explained to her PO that she was on Percocet's legally prescribed by her doctor from hand surgery. It took 25 days for the jail to receive her medical records, but as soon as they did, she was released from jail on 9/23.
Her husband went and picked her up from jail, brought her here to our home, told her she can stay here and helped bring her belongings up to her room.
The day after she got out, on the 24th, I put a call into the Juvenile courts to see what I (we, me and val) can do to make sure Zachoriah does not leave Virginia and to reinstate my custody that was erroneously removed by meditation last year.
2 years ago, when valorie ODed and CPS (child protective serves) got involved, they required to share legal custody with both parents or they would remove the child from the home due to the drug abuse and enabling of drug abuse (he did nothing to stop it or protect the baby.)
This last year has been hell, to say the least, for my daughter. There is such a mental manipulation as well as using her son as a weapon, withholding her ability to see him unless he gets what he wants. Now is doing the very same thing to me.
All the while, Zach looks at the pictures on the wall of him mama, and points to everyone picture and cries mama. He stands at the front doorway or is bedroom window where he can see her jeep parked and cries mama. When she is here, zach never leaves her side. The moment she is out of his sight, he cries to the top of his lungs.
Granted my daughter has battle that will be going on, probably for the rest of her life. She is an on again, off again recovering drug addict. Admittedly.
When Valorie was taken to jail a month ago, the next day alex has claimed to find drugs in her vehicle. He spread two baggies of powder on the kitchen table where the baby eats, took his pictures, and only wiped it with his hand off the table into his hand to throw away. I had a fit and washed the table.
I have watched him obsessively hack into valories phone, link it to his ipad and spy on her every conversation, hacked into her facebook, and other social medias, including putting a spy cam in her bedroom without her permission.
He has put 2 protective orders against val, the most recent was thrown out. He threatened to put one one me 2 days ago for threatening him. I explained I only threatened to take you to court, I doubt that is going fly, but go ahead and try.
So all that said, and so much left out...
We have hired a family law attorney. She was willing to take a payment arrangement on the $1500 retainer she needed, I gave her $300 and she is now represented.
Valorie cannot face this probation violation without representation. Too much is at stake. He needs $1000 flat fee to do a bond hearing and $2000 to be hired as her criminal lawyer to fight the charge (probation violation) on 11/19/20.
He will also represent her on the assault and battery charge against her husband when he hit her phone from her hand into her eye causing a black eye scheduled in January.
As you can see, there is so much going on with both side and now, me. At the end of all this, I simply want Zach to live in VIrginia with the people he loves so much, his mom and dad (and his GiGi.)
I am so sorry to ask for help, but I have no where else to turn. Thank just for listening, letting me get this out so I can also find a way to heal from it all as well.
