EMT Loses Vehicle and all Baby Items in Fire
Donation protected
Our local EMT officer loses a great deal to a fire in his home.
The smell of smoke awakened the King family; they exited their room and saw smoke in their home. Downstairs they learned that the garage was actually on fire! They quickly closed the garage door and ran upstairs to rescue their young son to get out of the home. Thankfully, they did not ignore the smell of smoke. In our area, they could have attributed the smell to the local fires. The King family is expecting their second child and is now in labor today. Unfortunately, all the baby shower gifts were destroyed in the fire, along with the King family vehicle, and their young son’s clothing and bedroom items. Please help impact this deserving young family, now displaced from their home and trying to welcome their newest addition.
