Children's Magic Shows and Lessons for Charity

Hello,
My name is Chris Barraza, owner of ChrisCrossMagic.com. I have been performing magic off and on for over 30 years. Recently, two of my daughters (12 & 13) decided they wanted to perform magic alongside me. So, we expanded the name and now go by Chris Cross Magic and the Super Girls!
Together, as a father/daughter team we have performed at local schools and birthday parties as well as donating our services to numerous charity events and organizations. However, due to the Covid-19 situation, we have been unable to perform any magic shows or live events this year.
Which brings me to the reason I am seeking donations on GoFundMe. I am asking for your help to purchase the equipment needed to set up a small video streaming studio in our house so we can continue to safely donate virtual magic shows and services to the charities and organizations we work with.
This would also allow me to provide free virtual magic lessons for children and give them something new to do while being stuck at home. I am a stay-at-home dad and have five kids here at the house, and I’m constantly hearing “I’m bored, there’s nothing to do”. So, what better way to make boredom disappear…than with some magic!!
If my goal is met, I will be providing FREE live virtual magic lessons to children on the weekends and preparing them to perform a small virtual magic show for their friends and family via Zoom. Each child will receive a FREE mini magic kit in the mail, which will be used throughout their lessons.
Also, I want to add a bit of fun to this campaign and SPICE things up a bit to make this more than just the average GoFundMe project. So, I will be hosting a live Facebook video where I will take on the 2020 One Chip Challenge! Anyone who donates will be able to view my live attempt on a date/time yet to be determined.
For those that have not heard of the Paqui One Chip Challenge, it consists of eating the world’s hottest tortilla chip and seeing how long you can last without drinking something. The tortilla chip is flavored with Carolina Reaper Peppers, Scorpion Peppers and Sichuan Peppercorn, for a combined 1.9 million heat rating on the Scoville Scale!
For the record, I don’t like or eat spicy things…as I can’t even handle the heat from a packet of hot sauce from Del Taco! So this should be an interesting challenge to say the least.

And…as an added bonus, if my GoFundMe goal is met or exceeded, I will also eat a tomato! Those that know me, know that I hate tomatoes. I can eat ketchup and spaghetti sauce just fine, but a slice of tomato grosses me out and my stomach is actually turning just thinking about biting into this thing.
