¡Necesito una Tireidectomía Total! (Extracción de la Tiroides)
Hola, mi nombre es Michelle González y padezco de Enfermedad Nodular Tiroidea.
Desde hace más de 6 meses vengo presentado aumento de volumen de cuello, dificultad para tragar, cambios en mi voz, dolor en el cuello, entre otros síntomas derivados de la compresión por el aumento de volumen de la glándula en dicha zona.
En los últimos estudios realizados, me detectaron un nódulo isoecoico con degeneración quística + presencia de microcalcificaciones y vascularización periférica e intranodal (nódulo sólido en crecimiento), con sospechas de malignidad, por lo cual deben extirparme la glándula tiroides en su totalidad para evitar mayores consecuencias y poder llevar una vida normal.
¡Tengo muchísima fe que puedo volver a estar sana! Pero, para que esto sea posible, debo someterme a una operación delicada cuanto antes, y como sabemos, el alto costo de los servicios de salud en Venezuela en comparación con la remuneración devengada a nivel laboral, me han hecho cuesta arriba el poder cubrir los montos asociados por cuenta propia.
Es por ello que acudo a ti, con humildad y muchísima esperanza y alegría, para solicitar de tu valiosa colaboración y así lograr cubrir el monto que se requiere para hacer posible mi operación y el tratamiento adecuado.

I need a Total Thyroidectomy! (Removal of the Thyroid)
Hello, my name is Michelle González, and I'm suffering from Thyroid Nodular Disease.
For more than 6 months, I have been presenting an increase in neck volume, difficulty swallowing, changes in my voice, pain in the neck, among other symptoms derived from compression due to the increase in the volume of the gland in that area.
In the latest studies carried out, they detected an isoechoic nodule with cystic degeneration + presence of microcalcifications and peripheral and intranodal vascularization (solid nodule in growth), with suspicion of malignancy, for which they should remove the entire thyroid gland to avoid further consequences and be able to lead a normal life.
I have faith that I can be healthy again! But, for this to be possible, I must undergo a delicate operation as soon as possible. As we know, the high cost of health services in Venezuela compared to the remuneration earned at the work level has made it difficult for me to cover the associated amounts on my own account.
That´s why I'm asking you, with humility and great hope and joy, to request your valuable collaboration and thus be able to cover the amount that is required to make my operation and the appropriate treatment possible.
