PLEASE HELP ME FIGHT THE BROKEN FAMILY COURT SYSTEM!
This weekend my husband, Gary Henderson, landed in jail.
On Friday, when he was granted visitation back with his children, he was immediately arrested and taken to jail because he could not pay a tax debt.
A federal tax debt has NO place in a family court trial about custody!
To anyone who knows him, you may find this surprising as he has a very successful business and has helped countless clients build massive business revenue.
No life is without it’s struggles, however. If I were not desperate, I would not even be posting this, but I am asking you for help as many of you know Gary and his heart.
My husband went through a bitter divorce. As a result of that divorce, he assumed responsibility for a $275,000 tax bill.
Over the last 25 months, he has been under a microscope for horrible accusations no father should endure.
Over the last 25 months, he has been unable to have ZERO contact with his children all the while working with family courts and various lawyers to re-establish contact with his children.
On Friday, this all came to ahead. He was allowed to be in the lives of his children but because of this outstanding tax bill (which he has been working with the IRS to wrap up), he was sent to jail.
I have managed to pull together most of the money needed to get him out and settle this tax bill but I am still short-handed. I need you help.
We have exhausted all funds in fighting this custody battle for over 2 years and I have nearly liquidated all funds. I need your help.
No man should sit in jail for 9 months over this. This story goes much deeper than this, but I am not at liberty to elaborate any further than this.
If you know me and Gary, I hope you know our hearts, our love for these children and that we have honorable intentions.
